Fun folk art junk shop sign painted on an old saw blade.  Three dimensional black and violet letters on a white ground.  Excellent example of an Ozark sign, with blatant mis-spelling of the word “chipped,” which is spelled “CHIPED.”  Astonishing that someone went to the trouble of painting this sign, but was unable to get the spelling right! Recently discovered in SW Missouri. A whimsical primitive folk art piece of advertising.
