Monumental folk art cedar presentation gavel from a fraternal lodge. Aluminum plaque engraved in cursive, “Fred W. Blanche/ Worshipful Master 1953/ Anchor Lodge/ #443/ A.F.A.M.” (Ancient Free and Accepted Masons). The Anchor Lodge is located Crestwood, Missouri.  Unusual Masonic relic, and a fun piece of folksy and primitive Americana.
