Fantastic hand painted sign advertising new homes in Grantwood Terrace, an affluent neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri. Great old alligatored surface. The sign likely surmounted a large frame that held images of available homes. Dates from the original years of this area. A cool piece of St. Louis history, and a nice primitive sign.
