Attractive hand painted sign for Jones Elastic Enamel Paint, sold by Silsbee Bros. of Haskinsville, NY (about 50 miles south of Rochester). Excellent untouched weathered surface with fantastic original colors. Single pine board. A great example of country advertising.
Date: 1870-1890.
Size: 48″ x 5 3/4″.
Condition: Old weathered surface. Slight bow to board. Few minor rough areas – see photos.
