Exceptional cast iron figural paperweight with a boy sitting on a large dog. Two piece construction with hammered rivet. Faint traces of old paint. Great old surface. Weighs about 1.5lbs. A cool early piece with nice visual appeal.
Date: 1820-1850.
Size: About 5″ x 3″ x 3″ tall.
Condition: Excellent with expected aging. Few unimportant in-making casting flaws to rim.
