Good 19th century tin lawyer’s sign. “Wm. T. HOLT/ ATTORNEY &/ COUNSELOR/ AT LAW.” Gilt lettering on a black sand painted ground. Numerous holes from early square nails. Old hanger string at top. Outstanding untouched weathered surface. A nice early primitive country advertising sign.
Date: Mid-19th century.

Condition: Weathered surface with expected rust and wear. Minor damage to corners. See photos.
