Cast iron souvenir produced in 1889 to commemorate the centennial of George Washington’s presidential inauguration. Someone thought enough of this piece to repaint it 41 years later (82 years ago), as it is signed, “HHL/ JAN. 7, 1930.” A fun historical piece of Americana.
