Nice Victorian hair pin box. Engraved on top, “A FRIEND OF THE / FAIR SEX.” Applied brass hair pin. Base marked by the Rockford Silver Plate Company, operated in Rockford, Illinois from 1882 to 1925. Brass hinges. Ornate designs on sides. Sweet little piece.
