Fun folk art snake cane. Signed on end of handle, “MADE BY JOHN JUNGMAN OSCEOLA, MO.” Wonderful original painted surface on this carved whimsical cane. Large undulating oak handle. An awesome primitive example that is ready to use, or hang on the wall. Discovered in Joplin, MO.
Date: 1930s – 1940s.
Size: 35 1/2″ tall. Handle is 8″ long  x  1 5/8″ wide.
Condition: Few old high point splits on snake. Expected use wear. Overall great.
