Great looking primitive stoneware pottery witch face used as a form for making Halloween masks. These masks were produced by a manufacturing company in Findlay, Ohio around the turn of the 20th century. Wonderful hand tooled details. Fantastic old untouched surface. Interesting macabre piece of Americana, and a fun vintage holiday item.

 

Date:  1900

Size:  6 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ deep.

Condition:  An old period wedge shaped shim and associated hairline.
