Stone cutter occupational shaving mug.  “M. B. Weiss” owner.  Large hand painted detailed scene showing a working stone cutter with a raised maul about to strike a blow to his chisel.  Flanked by colorful flowers and leaves. Gilt trim and name.  Fantastic Koken Barber Supply Co. mark on base.  Koken was one of the premier mug decorating companies in the  country, and this is a truly primo example of their work.
