Nicely rendered piece of art. Rural scene, entitled, “Autumn.” Unsigned. Stamp in lower left reads, “DRY POINT ETCHING.” Lightly tinted with watercolors. Lovely scene depicting a man riding in a wagon or car, going down a windy country road. Original gold and black painted wood frame. Label on back reads, “ART DEPARTMENT/ GEO. B. PECK/ DRY GOODS CO./ KANSAS CITY, MO.”
Date: 1920’s.
Size: Frame is 9″ x 7″. Visible art is 3 1/2″ x 2 1/4″.
Condition: Overall excellent. Few old specks on the mat. Typical light toning.
